For me, real estate begins with people. What matters to you? What are you excited about? What is keeping you up at night? Those answers matter as much as the bedrooms, acreage or view.
Before real estate became my life’s work, I worked in home health and hospice as an LVN. Often, I was a stranger walking into a family’s home at a frightening and exhausting time. I learned to listen, to be myself, and to help people feel comfortable asking for what they needed.
I bring that same care to buying and selling. With about forty years in real estate, experience personally building nine homes, and roughly ten years of off-grid living, I know that a beautiful property can also come with important practical questions.
I work throughout Bonner, Boundary and Kootenai Counties, helping with homes, waterfront, acreage, rural property and land. I also hold the SRES® designation for work with senior buyers and sellers.
My job is to help you understand your choices, find answers, and move forward with a plan that makes sense for you.
